More campfires, more trails and more training!
I had my first longer effort this week. It was great to get out on trails for more than just an hour or two and it made me appreciate all the work I've done so far. The effort felt very easy (as it should).

I think my volume is going to start increasing in the coming weeks and in three weeks I'll be running my tune-up 50 mile race and cheering on Phill to his 100 mile debut! I'll write more about that in a future post.
