Weekly Wrap (02/12)
Time is really flying by now. Eleven weeks until race week!
I hit a new peak in weekly mileage and vertical gain (67 miles, 8000'+) but all-in-all this week was actually a little easier from a run perspective. Coach called it a plateau. I feel pretty good, but with all the things going on in life right now, I haven't been as consistent with the strength and mobility training. And that's not even counting the lack of progress on my extra goal to hit 10 proper pull-ups by 5/1.
The best news this week is that I ran with friends twice, had one campfire, and have my second confirmed crew member agree to join Phill and I for the week! I'm so stoked!
