Weekly Wrap (01/15)
This week went fairly well. I hit 50+ miles. However, I didn't get as many trail miles as hoped. I haven't really started to worry about vert accumulation yet although I suspect I will need to soon. For now it's still all about that base.
I ended the week with a nice spicy 16 mile run at 7:17 pace that felt good. I can feel some fitness starting to come back to me after a good break from hard training. As long as I can stay injury free I have a feeling this is going to be a great build.
