Weekly Wrap (01/08)
First week of training is in the books. I ran five of seven days which is one less than planned. On Saturday, I worked on the final family Christmas present with my father-in-law which is why that day is conspicuously missing from the logs. On the plus side, we now have a set of pull-up bars so we can all get "jacked" together. I think all five of us were excited for this one.
Right now the important thing is to keep building up the base mileage and try to find consistency with my PT/strength work. I should have done another PT session last week as well, but somehow didn't find the time. No excuse -- three sessions or bust next week.
